Domestic Violence Counsellor
Full Time Permanent
Job Share or flexible hours can be negotiated

The Alice Springs Women's is looking for an enthusiastic, skilled counsellor to provide counselling support to women experiencing domestic and family violence, via an innovative outreach model.
The Counsellor is responsible for providing counselling support along with complex safety planning, advocacy and liaison with other services. The Counsellor is required to work in a range of community settings, including some bush work. Alice Springs Women's Shelter is a woman centred community service operating from a feminist framework. This dynamic position provides opportunities for research and participation in service development.

Women's Case Worker
NT SACS Award Grade 2
The Alice Springs Women's Shelter is looking for a Case Worker to join our Casual pool. The role of the Case Worker is to work closely with residents of the Women's Shelter to provide case management and emotional support as well as the facilitation of access to services. The Alice Springs Women's Shelter is a woman centred community service operating from a feminist framework. Casual Case Workers should be available to participate in a 24 hour roster.
